What does Carraban stand for?
Carraban is a young company that is committed to the sustainability of production process. We work with natural materials. What we find very important is that it makes sense to produce and wear this bag. The bags are made in Portugal in a small factory. Here we are working on a better sustainable process to make fair products. By making our products, the factory can offer a good future to the next generation. For us, it is important to encourage the production of handmade products in Europe.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
What are your bags made of?
Our bags are made of high-quality cork and exclusive Belgian Linen. Each Carraban is handmade in Portugal.
Do I get a warranty on my bag?
Our bags are produced with the utmost care and love in warm Portugal and are perfected to the smallest detail. Our bags are only after and extensive quality control sent to you, so that we can continue to guarantee the quality of our products. Is there still something wrong with your bag? Don't worry, because Carraban gives two year warranty on manufacturing defects. Damage / wear caused by use is not covered by the warranty.
